Deco French Celluloid Cutout Swan Pin
This is a gorgeous example of the vintage French celluloid cutout pin, with a swan swimming among Grecian style columns and flower bowers. Very nice detail work, and a good size at 2 1/4" diameter. Attractive gilt brass frame, with prongs holding the celluloid piece in place. Not marked, but has the French trombone style clasp. Very good condition. - $120
Carved Lucite & Wood Figural Swan Pin 1940's carved lucite and polished wood brooch depicts a swan and is so substantial and beautifully crafted. Painted details on the face, light lines carved into the reverse, subtle yellow tinting on the foot. Height is just over 3" tall. Metal c-clasp pinback is embedded into the back. There is a remnant of a sticker on the back which says "Souvenir Estes Park." (Estes Park is located in the Rocky Mountains, Colorado.) Condition is excellent. - $145

Very hard-to-find 1960's serigraphy pin is unmarked, but most definitely the work of Lea Stein. A pastiche of flowers in a bold pop art graphic style has a lacy look, and is set in a faux mother-of-pearl frame. The same design pin is featured in Judith Just's Lea Stein Jewelry. LEA STEIN serigraphy pin is referenced in Judith Just's book Lea Stein Jewelry and shows a coy turn-of-the-century lady in an enormous feathered picture hat. Lacy background, moonglow brown frame. V-shaped pinback is heat-set into the plastic and has a mark sometimes seen with Lea Stein jewelry: "Western Germany." 2 1/4" diameter. Frame has a bit of scratching (reflected in price). - $160

Vintage French Celluloid Cameo Pin
Fabulous early cameo of cream-colored celluloid has an ornately molded frame, built up centerpiece and profile woman in relief. Her dress appears to be more of an Empire style than classical, and her hair is done in flowing curls. This was probably made in France, as the piece has the characteristic trombone clasp (two part pin back is embedded into plastic). Slightly over 2". Very good overall condition, apart from slightly bent pin stem and a small inconspicuous red mark on front of cameo. - $65
Vintage Dangly Earrings ~ Pink & Yellow Plastic Discs
Bright, fun pink and yellow colors in these vintage plastic dangle earrings. Discs are shaped a bit like flying saucers - a bit pointy in the middle on both sides, rather than completely flat -- and they are attached to a filigree goldtone backing formed to allow two tiers of discs. Unmarked, but has a German or Austrian look. Measures approximately 1 1/2" total height. Condition is excellent - these may have never been worn. - $15
