Hard-to-find 1950's or 60's vintage necklace of dangling Venetian blown glass fruits, pale green glass "grape" beads, and opaque olive green glass beads. Very well-made, with several rows of interlocking brushed goldtone metal links from which the fruits and beads are suspended. 17" length, with hook and chain closure (fit can be adjusted to a smaller length if desired). This heavy, bunchy necklace features clusters of translucent and opaque glass leaves and beads in citrus colors -- lime green, lemon yellow, red raspberry and orange!. Very Carmen Miranda in style.
