Without a doubt, a 1940's designer piece! There is a mark or possible signature etched into the back, but even with a loupe I cannot make it out. 3 3/4" with blue glass "moonstone" cabochons, rhinestone crystals and enameling. Some mild wear and enamel loss but overall a beautiful piece. - $145
