West Germany Jeweltone Plastic Fruit Necklace
This is one amazing bunchy vintage necklace, just perfect for warm weather accessorizing! This lightweight chain necklace is loaded with plastic beaded fruits in jewel-tone colors of raspberry pink, light and dark green, lavender. There are strawberries, bunches of grapes, cherries, apples. 17 1/4" maximum length with hook and beaded chain for adjustable fit. Marked W. Germany on hook clasp. French Art Deco Carved Galalith Bead Necklace
This wonderful early beaded necklace is comprised of the most gorgeous carved plastic or galalith beads with an overdyed pale yellow and light brown color scheme. Beads are graduated in size, ranging from 3/8" to 7/8", and are separated by small light brown round beads. 16 1/4" with metal screw-barrel clasp. Strung on double-width of twisted thread. Though unmarked, this is almost certainly French in origin. - $140
Avon Spectator Modernist Coral & Cream Plastic Necklace & Earring Set
Neat modernist style choker necklace and clipback earrings feature thermoplastic wedge-shaped beads in white and a muted red hue, with goldtone metal disc-shaped spacers. The beads are symmetrical so the necklace can be worn on either side. Unmarked Avon, a pattern called "Spectator" which was introduced in 1986. Necklace measures up to 19 1/2", with hook and chain so fit can be adjusted smaller if desired. Clipback earrings measure 7/8". Excellent condition. - $20

Crown Trifari pendant necklace, circa 1970s, has that oversize look that is enjoying renewed popularity these days. Bold circular pendant has a wood grain appearance with an openwork goldtone metal pendant suspended in the center, and goldtone metal embellishments x4. Pendant measures 3 1/2" diameter; goldtone chain is 29" length with spring-ring clasp closure. Marked with the Crown Trifari emblem on back of pendant. Excellent condition. - $60

Huge oversize pendants are back in style, particularly these modernist lucite pieces. This keyhole style pendant, rectangular in shape with rounded edges, measures a whopping 3 3/4" height. Fabulous color of pale pale sage green plastic or lucite, with white marbling throughout. Brush-textured silver-tone metal bail with 18" silver-tone snake chain. Vintage Enameled Tiger Head Necklace & Earring Set
1970s/80s figural necklace and pierced earring set is unmarked but created in the style of Kenneth Jay Lane. Necklace centerpiece consists of an enameled metal tiger head holding a triangle in his mouth; plastic beads continue the color scheme of creme, orange and black. 17" length with slide-in clasp. Matching 1" earrings have posts for pierced ears; these may have been converted from clips though I'm not certain about that. The set is vintage and has been gently worn with mild metal plating wear to bead spacers and back of pendant. Front looks fine. - $40
1970s Modernist Mocha Marbled & Amber Lucite Pendant Necklace
This fantastic modernist lucite pendant necklace from the 1970's is huge, featuring symmetrical curved inserts of marbled lucite -- one a swirled mocha cream, the other a semi-translucent root beer, with goldtone walls and open backing. A number of jewelry designers created pieces like this, including Lanvin, Pierre Cardin, Trifari, and they are enjoying a renewed popularity. This pendant is hefty and measure over 3" height; goldtone snake chain measures 18 1/2" and has a spring-ring clasp. Unsigned, but may be a designer piece as the quality is excellent. Huge Resin Heart Necklace ~ Black, Red & White
This wonderful necklace is fairly contemporary -- probably French in origin -- and features large resin hearts in black, red, and white, accented with sculptural half-heart shape beads. The color scheme is reminiscent of a deck of cards. Beads are made from a resin or acrylic plastic with the white hearts having a soft pearlized sheen. Hearts and half hearts measure 1 3/4" across and are nice and thick at 5/16". Strung on sturdy wire for a total length of 19 1/2", secured by a metal screw-barrel clasp. Excellent condition and just looks fabulous! - $120
French Plastic Red & White Disc Necklace
Vintage plastic bead necklace captures the Art Deco chrome and galalith look, but the chrome-looking beads are actually plastic, as are the red and white disc beads. I love how the red and whites are sandwiched together. 16 1/2" with silvertone metal screw-barrel clasp. Though unmarked, this necklace is most likely French in origin. Excellent condition. - $85

Vintage pendant necklace by HOBE features an ivory-colored lucite insert in goldtone metal frame, suspended on heavy goldtone link chain. The 2 1/2" pendant is modernist in style, with frame having a sloped and textured lower edge. Oval signature cartouche is attached to reverse. 17" chain with spring-ring clasp closure. Large chunky resin bead necklace is from France and features wonderful geometric beads -- glossy red rounded rectangles and a large round focal bead, and matte-finish black discs, graduated in size, spool beads and rounds. Peach & Confetti Lucite Bead Necklace Fabulous whimsical necklace is strung with peach and confetti lucite beads. Each laminated bead is made of two demi-shapes of peach, sandwiching a clear disc in which colorful bits of clay or similar substance are suspended to create the confetti look. Beads are graduated in size and 36" length allows necklace to be doubled around the neck. Lobster-claw clasp. Although unmarked, this may be French in origin. Excellent condition. - $60
