These vintage multiple strand bead necklaces are enjoying a renewed popularity these days. Great retro look; pair with the simple line of a simple sheath dress for a real Jackie O or Michelle O look. I like this one especially -- four strands of cream, pale pink and rose pink beads, graduated in size. The strands drape gracefully across the neckline. The beads appear to be some type of lightweight plastic with the color applied to the surface with a matte-like finish. The shortest strand measures 20" but fit can be made smaller if desired with the hook and beaded chain closure. There are some inconspicuous flakes of color loss on a few beads. - $15

Vintage Blue Plastic Floral Bead Necklace & Earring Set
Cleverly designed 2-strand necklace and clip earring set features an array of plastic beads in cool blue and white color scheme. Some of the beads have a semi-translucence that lends an appearance of ice and snow. There are pale "ice" blue elliptical beads, carved and painted with rows of tiny flowers . . . faceted cornflower blue rounds with white flower caps .. . smooth icy teal blue rounds with white floral caps ... tiny goldtone metal spacers. 25 1/2" length with slide-in goldtone clasp (clasp is decorated on top with goldtone flowers). Matching clip earrings measure 1" with elements wired to lightweight filigree backing. Unmarked, but possibly German in origin. Condition is excellent! - $65
Incredible 1970s Modernist Ocean Blue Lucite Pendant This incredible 1970s modernist lucite pendant necklace is to die for, one of the absolute best I've ever seen. Who cares about Lanvin when this amazing piece beckons? The semi-translucent ocean blue color with white and green marbling is so very striking, the chunky teardrop-shaped pendant measuring 2 5/8" height and suspended from a 17 3/4" silver-tone metal snake chain with spring-ring clasp. Excellent condition. No maker's marks. - $200
French ? Italian? Wine Red & Black Resin Bead Necklace
This unusual necklace has a definite European designer look to it -- very avant garde in the style of Correani, Ungaro, etc. Large chunky faceted beads measure 1 3/8" in length, with a Harlequin type patterns in alternating black and wine-red hues. The surface of the wine-red panels are highly reflective. Between each chunky resin Harlequin bead are fitted stacks of ruffled black disc resin beads. These have a matte-like finish. At the center are three large faux pearls between the ruffled stacks. 18 1/2" length with cylindrical screw-barrel clasp. Beads are strung on nylon filament, with finished at each end with a crimped metal finding. - $200

These big bold chunky bead necklaces are back in fashion! This is unmarked, but has a very artistic designer look to it. Your guess is as good as mine when it comes to age. Signed on the back of the flag "Oh Yeah - Another Holiday" and script Gayle. Necklace measures approximately 29 - 30" and slips over the head. Like-new condition.
