I have seen the matching signed brooch on another website, and the design characteristics are unmistakeable. Large mottled pale turquoise blue glass cabochon is bezel-set, encircled with tiny dark blue cabs, then another layer of round cabs in dark sapphire blue and chrysoprase green, alternating with clear baguettes.
