Excellent pietra dura brooch depicts flower branch with white rose in bloom, a white rosebud, and leaves. Just under 2 1/2" across, 5/8" tall, 3/16" thick. Light rust and wear to the metal portion. This is really an unusual and magnificent example of pietra dura; all tiles are intact, there are no cracks or chips. Some very light fading or surface wear to the front onyx portion
